When you apply for a BinFlow research interview, we collect the contact, employment, and operational background information you provide in the application form.

We use this information to review eligibility, contact selected applicants, schedule research conversations, administer honorariums, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, and improve our research process.

How we share information

We do not sell applicant information. Access is limited to BinFlow personnel and service providers who need it to operate the research program, maintain our systems, or communicate with participants.

Retention and security

We retain application and participation records only as long as reasonably necessary for the research program, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted information.
