Research Participation Terms

Eligibility and selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. BinFlow may select or limit participants based on role, experience, company representation, research needs, availability, and identity or employment verification.

Interview and honorarium

The $100 honorarium is available only to an approved participant who completes the scheduled research interview. Payment options and timing will be communicated to approved participants after the interview.

Employer policies

Participants are responsible for confirming that participation and acceptance of an honorarium comply with their employer’s policies regarding gifts, outside research, confidentiality, and conflicts of interest.

Confidential information

Participants should not disclose trade secrets, personal information, or confidential company information. Company identity may remain anonymous, and BinFlow will not publicly attribute comments or disclose specific operational details without permission.

Recording and voluntary participation

Interviews are not recorded without express permission. Participation is voluntary, and a participant may decline to answer a question or end the conversation at any time.

No sales obligation

The research interview is not a product demonstration or sales call. Participation creates no obligation to evaluate, purchase, or subscribe to BinFlow.
